Writing Portfolio
I write about the natural world, our place in it, and small observations that add up to a full and meaningful life. I'm a former freelance journalist and lifelong noticer, currently at work on a nature memoir. Many of my nature essays are reserved for that project; the pieces shared here represent previously published works and writings currently available for online publication.
